She then held him down and broke the blisters with a needle and poured peroxide on it. This picture was taken the day after he came to us. This child had red curly hair that coverd his ears. His loving foster mother had it all cut off and sent him to the pool without sun screen. Currently in Kansas, children can be taken from their parents without any criminal charges being filed. Not only that, but parental rights can even be terminated without any criminal charges! Stop the insanity!
